Located within the legendary autonomous social centre AKC Metelkova Mesto, Klub Tiffany has been a pioneering sanctuary for the LGBTQ+ community in Slovenia since 1993. Situated at Masarykova cesta 24, the club is far more than just a nightlife destination; it is the core of "Cultural Centre Q", a vibrant hub where activism, art, and celebration intersect. For decades, it has remained one of the most significant safe spaces in the Balkans, fostering a culture of radical inclusivity and creative freedom.
The venue’s programme is a dynamic blend of high-energy entertainment and thoughtful cultural engagement. On weekend nights, the club transforms into one of Ljubljana's most popular dance floors, with resident DJs spinning everything from pop and disco to alternative electronic beats. However, the midweek schedule is equally compelling, featuring literary evenings, discussions, art exhibitions, and workshops. One of the highlights is the "Kviroke" (Queer Karaoke) nights, which are famous for their welcoming and spirited atmosphere.
Klub Tiffany is also the home of the city's thriving drag scene, frequently hosting spectacular performances and the annual "Golden Tiffany" awards. Managed by the ŠKUC Association, the club maintains a strong commitment to community safety and political visibility. Whether you are exploring the unique, street-art-covered surroundings of Metelkova for the first time or looking for a night of uninhibited dancing, Klub Tiffany offers an authentic and powerful experience of Slovenian queer culture.

A very friendly, welcoming LGBT+ club right in the heart of the city. 10€ to get in. Drinks were very cheap (3€ for a can of beer). Lovely outside space with plenty of room. We went on a Friday night which was a dance party (one room was hard house Techno the main room was house music). We would have liked more pop music hence not giving the place 5*. Definitely worth a visit whilst staying in the city.
Overall the safest club environment I've encountered so far as a female that likes to dance alone (not without incidents, but they are very rare). You are able to dance to two different types of DJs each night in one at a relatively cheap price of 5€ - 7€.
Great club, I go to Ljubljana only for that. Nice atmosphere, I was never disappointed with their DJ. Mixed crowd, and from what I've seen everybody is welcome, much better than LGBT clubs in Italy.
But I have to remove a star because they applied the "single entry rule until 3 am" for the new year party this time. When it's crowded, it sure gets too hot and there isn't plenty of oxygen in the room. It's vital to go outside to refresh, as I did three times in 2018 new year party. I don't think it helps to limit the amount of people because adjacent room Monokel had space, but it does encourage people to stay and faint because you'd need a new 20 EUR ticket to re-enter. I preferred to leave rather than pass out. It's a pity.
I was denied entry based solely on my appearance, which felt discriminatory and unfair.
The bouncer made an assumption about me and my friends before even speaking to us. I fully respect that this is a queer space—I am part of the LGBTQ+ community myself—but that didn’t seem to matter in her decision.
What was especially disappointing is that my friends, who came with full respect for the space, were also judged and turned away. They left feeling singled out and unwelcome, which goes against the inclusive spirit a queer venue should aim to foster.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that entry policies are applied in a way that reflects true inclusivity rather than stereotypes.
20 euros per person after waiting outside in the freezing cold (-4°C) for 40 minutes... The place is like a snob clandestine den, with no indications or names or anything. It makes people there look like they were doing something illegal. A disgrace for the LGBTQ+ community in "Europe"!
