Dúhový PRIDE Bratislava is the Pride of the Slovak capital, a human rights festival put on once a year by a local non-profit association. The 2027 edition is on Námestie slobody, the large square north of the old town with the Družba fountain in the middle.
In recent editions the square held the whole day. There was a stage with performers from the Slovak arts scene, a zone for organisations working on human rights, ecology and education, a children's area and stalls for food and drink. The march sets off from the square and returns to it. The organisers have kept the route and the start of the march to themselves beforehand, for security reasons, and advise people to be on the square from the beginning.
Glass and metal bottles have not been allowed on the square. The weeks around the festival have carried a calendar of side events across the city, and the day itself has ended with an official afterparty in clubs in the centre.
