Club Elixir is the gay club in Timișoara, in the basement of the 700 Office building on Strada Gheorghe Lazăr, a few minutes from Piața Victoriei. It describes itself as a space where the LGBTQIA+ community can flourish, and as a place where you can be yourself.
Nights run on announced themes with a dress code, from silver and neon futurism to archive parties, and there are guest DJ sets. Access is 18+. Tables are reserved by phone.
It is the only dedicated queer venue in the city. The rest of Timișoara's queer nightlife happens as one-off parties in mainstream venues and around the Pride week programme at the start of July.
