Sauna Soho is the first gay sauna in Romania and, as of 2026, still the only one. It sits in the historic centre of Bucharest, a little over a kilometre from Unirii metro station, on Strada Fabrica de Chibrituri.
The space runs across two floors and a basement. There is a dry sauna, a steam room, a jacuzzi, a salt room and a quiet room, along with private relaxation cabins, a small fitness room and massage. A bar serves drinks and beer, and there is a darkroom. Guests get a locker key, slippers and a towel on arrival, and washing before using the shared areas is a house rule.
It is a men's venue, open to gay, bi, trans and curious visitors. The crowd is mixed in age but tends older, and it fills up most on weekends.
The same operator runs a second Soho sauna in Cluj-Napoca, so check you have the Bucharest location when booking.
