I like this sauna because it always had a really nice vibe with a DJ playing music. I like that theres is a jacuzzi where you can chill and there is a big area with rooms if you want to have some privacy. The drinks are very affordable and they provide you with towels and slippers. Usually quite full during the weekends.
The sauna was really nice and tight, the atmosphere is incredible and the staff make sure you feel welcome and that the space is clean. The amazing experience starts when you check in, and John made sure to make me feel welcome and explained and everything how the club works and he is extreme friendly! Thank you John, hope when I come back i see you again
The bar is amazing and the drinks are very cheap and the men are incredible hot, not to mention to that if you are under 37 you get a discount
Definitely one of the best I've been
I visited Trombeta Bath while in Lisbon on three occasions and had a really positive experience each time. It’s one of the most welcoming and well-maintained male-only spas I’ve been to. The space feels safe, relaxed, and thoughtfully designed.
I also booked a 60-minute massage with Wesley — he was professional and respectful throughout. You can tell the staff and ownership take real pride in keeping the environment clean, stylish, and comfortable for everyone.
Definitely recommend, and I’ll be back on my next trip to Lisbon.
A pleasant surprise. I went there on a Wednesday around 9 p.m., and there were already about 30 people. The place was calm and well organized, clean and modern. Lockers are small, so don’t bring too much. Water bottles aren’t allowed inside, but they give you towels and slippers.
The space is really big and very clean — staff are constantly checking and sanitizing. There are condoms and gel everywhere, plus more than 10 private rooms. The dark room is huge, and I always felt safe since employees go around regularly.
The sauna is a bit small, but the Turkish bath is very spacious. The bar area is nice, drinks are affordable, and you can even buy poppers from vending machines like cigarettes.
I paid €21 to get in and stayed for about 3 hours. By midnight, there were already more than 50 people.
Trombeta is clean, modern, and well-equipped, with a decent range of facilities like a bar, filtered water, and plenty of lockers. The staff are attentive and keep the place in good condition, but there are a few things that could be improved.
Pros:
* Plenty of lockers, each with a built-in light, which makes it easy to check your belongings.
* Staff are on top of cleanliness. Once, I noticed a strong urine smell in the darkroom, and within 10 minutes, they shut the session down to clean it for 15 minutes—kudos to them! (Though honestly, anyone who thinks it’s okay to pee there should be ashamed.)
* Slippers are provided.
* There’s a bar and filtered water available for drinks.
* The cubicles have mirror-like panels, which look great and give a spacious feel.
Cons:
* No lube in the darkroom, which is a basic necessity.
* The video room is too bright and could use softer lighting.
* Lockers have no hangers and no separate space for shoes.
* The mirror panels in the cubicles have sharp edges—I accidentally cut my toe on one and bleed quite badly.
* Entry is a bit pricey at €21.
* On one Saturday afternoon visit, some younger guys seemed high inside the cubicles and darkrooms, which was uncomfortable to us.
