Trumps is the biggest LGBTQ+ club in Portugal and has been part of the Lisbon scene for more than four decades. It sits on Rua da Imprensa Nacional, a couple of minutes from Principe Real.
The club has two dance floors. The main room plays pop and commercial tracks, and the second floor leans towards house, techno and remixes later on. There are three bars and a stage used for drag performances and the club's own productions.
The crowd is mostly gay men, with a large international share on party nights. Trumps also takes its brand to events in Spain, Brazil, Ireland and Italy.
