3Sauna is the spa of the Villa 3 Caparica hotel, open to day visitors as well as to the people staying in the house. It is a men's sauna, and it calls itself the most luxurious gay male spa in Portugal.
There is a dry sauna, a steam bath, a heated indoor pool and a jacuzzi, with showers, lockers and roomy relax cabins. A bar, a video room and an outdoor terrace with seating round it out, and massages can be booked. One towel comes with the day pass, and slippers are required.
It sits in Charneca de Caparica on the Setúbal peninsula, and puts itself fifteen minutes by car from Príncipe Real. That leaves it close enough to the beaches at Costa da Caparica to work as a stop on the way back from one of them.
