Coffee Planet was the LGBT+ cafe bar on the Rynek, Wrocław's market square, and for years the scene's daytime meeting point as much as its night one. It closed, and it is coming back at a new address on Księcia Witolda in Nadodrze, across the Odra from the old town.

The old room ran on karaoke, drag shows, bingo and stand-up, and it was the place the guides pointed at when someone asked where in Wrocław a queer visitor could just sit with a coffee. The new one describes itself as coffee, food and after dark, which reads like the same idea: a cafe by day that turns into a bar.

The reopening has been announced with a date and an address, but nothing has been served yet, so treat the detail below as the plan rather than the finished place.
