Instytut is a gay cruise bar in the centre of Warsaw, on Prosta near Rondo ONZ and a short walk from the central station. It runs over two floors, with a large bar area upstairs and a big darkroom below.
It is one of the main cruising venues in the city. There is no dress code, come as you are, and the calendar mixes ordinary bar nights with fetish and themed parties.
The crowd is men, and the bar has built a reputation well beyond Poland as one of central Europe's better cruise bars.
