About

Tolerado has done LGBT+ work in the Tricity area since 2012, and since February 2026 it has had a room of its own for it. The Centrum Społeczności Queerowej sits on the second floor of a building on Wały Jagiellońskie, a short walk from the main station.

The centre is where the association's groups meet. There are separate ones for teenagers, for people aged 15 to 25, for autistic queer people, for trans people, and for parents of LGBT+ children. Tolerado also runs a legal and psychological advice service for LGBTQIA+ people, and intervention housing for young people who have lost their home.

The same association organises the Trójmiejski Marsz Równości, the Tricity Equality March, and the Trójmiejskie Dni Równości around it. Tolerado calls the march one of the largest events of its kind in Poland. In 2017 it became the first such march to be endorsed by a Polish city government.

This is a community space rather than a bar, and the groups run to a programme instead of being open drop-in, so check the association's pages before turning up. Anyone can write in to propose an activity.
