About this Event
Utrecht Pride is a canal Pride. Boats entered by local organisations, sports clubs and businesses go through the city centre by water, and the crowd watches from the banks.
It started as the Utrecht Canal Pride and now runs under the shorter name, with side events built around the parade day. The 2026 edition ran under the motto United by U.
Utrecht is compact and its old canals sit a storey below street level, so the parade is watched from the wharves as much as from the bridges.
