A gym in the Augustinus building on the Graafseweg that describes itself as POC-owned and trans-led, and that trains queer and trans people specifically rather than as an afterthought. The coaching team is queer and trans as well.
What it offers is personal training, kickboxing classes, group workouts, workshops and lifestyle coaching, alongside coaching for people going through transition. There is a published code of conduct and a page of emergency numbers, which says something about what the place is for. It also puts on community evenings and a two-day reset programme, and runs a small shop.
A visitor staying a while can train here rather than in a commercial chain gym. Sessions and classes are booked ahead through the site.
