About this Event
Pride Leiden is built around a boat parade through the old canals of the city centre. The route leaves from the Galgewater and comes back to it, by way of the Turfmarkt, the Oude Singel, the Haven, the Oude Rijn and the Apothekersdijk.
Most people watch from the quaysides, and the organisation points at the Oude Singel and the Apothekersdijk as the best places to stand. Forty-seven boats took part in 2025, entered by local organisations, clubs and businesses, and the aim this year is fifty.
The parade runs into a music programme on the Lammermarkt with a stage and DJs. The afterparty moves indoors to De Nobel.
