De Regenboog is Eindhoven's gay bar, about halfway down Stratumseind, the long run of pubs that carries most of the city's night-time drinking. It opened in April 2018 and is now the main address of the local scene, the older gay bars a street away having closed since.
It is a cafe rather than a club. There are tables out on the street, a changing line-up of Dutch speciality beers behind the bar, and live acts and DJ nights through the year. Reservations are not taken, so you turn up.
The bar calls itself the most gezellig cafe in Eindhoven and possibly in the whole world. Gezellig is the Dutch word for warm, easy company, and it is a fair description of the room.
