The second Kaktüs sits on the Ta' Xbiex waterfront, on the marina between Sliema and Msida, and opened in 2025. Same people as the Sliema café, more room, and a push further towards the bar end of things: a dance floor, weekend DJ sets and a terrace facing the boats.
The crowd is a mix of the Maltese queer scene and people who live along the harbour. It is the bigger of the two rooms and the one that gets used when a night is meant to end in dancing.
Storeroom, a live music bar, sits a few doors along the same waterfront, which makes the stretch workable as one night out rather than two.
