Skapis is Riga's queer club, in the rooms of the former club Piens on Aristida Briāna iela, a short way north of the old town. It opened in 2023 as a drag club, closed for a rebuild in 2025 and came back in April 2026 under the line "By queers, for queers".
The programme runs wider than a club night: drag shows, comedy, debates and discussions sit alongside DJ sets that go until early morning. The venue describes itself as culture, party and community rather than a nightclub, and it has a terrace and serves food as well as drinks.
Latvian queer guides list it as the centre of the scene, alongside the bar and cruising cluster near the central station.
