TOP Club is a gay and LGBT bar and nightclub in Riga's central district, on a quiet side street a few minutes' walk from the central station. The club is split into several rooms: a bar, a lounge with a fireplace, a dance floor, a showroom, and a cruising area with a dark room and a maze.

The programme covers drag shows, karaoke, bingo, video nights and DJ sets, with concerts by Latvian and visiting acts a couple of times a month. Club nights bring the show programme and the dance floor together.

The crowd is mixed rather than men only. The club describes itself as the biggest LGBTQ+ venue in Riga and says it is for straight, bi and gay guests alike. Bunker, the men's cruising bar listed at the same street address, is run by the same people.
