About this Event
Vercelli Pride is the annual march of the LGBTQIA+ community of Vercelli and eastern Piedmont, put on by the local Arcigay committee. It goes through the historic centre.
The organisers build talks and debates around the march rather than the parade alone. The political document behind this edition is written on Article 3 of the Italian constitution, the article on equal dignity before the law and on the state's duty to remove what stands in the way of it, and identity and integration are the two subjects they take from it.
The day is planned to be accessible, and anyone who needs a wheelchair space, a place for a companion or reserved seating can arrange it with the organisers beforehand.
