About this Event
EuroPride is the continental edition of Pride, hosted by a different European city each year, and Turin takes it in 2027. It runs as a week rather than a day, opening on the Friday and closing eight days later with the EuroPride march and the handover to the next host city.
A three-day human rights conference sits in the middle of the week, with panels, workshops and meetings. Turin's own midsummer fireworks for San Giovanni, the city's patron saint, fall inside the same days and the organisers have folded them into the programme.
The committee running it exists for this edition alone. The bid came from the city's Pride coordination, which won the licence at the European Pride Organisers Association assembly in Porto in November 2024 with 53 percent of the vote, against three other candidate cities.
