Boca is at the far end of Viale Europa, where the strip runs into the pine forest and the path to the beach. It is built as a chiringuito rather than a bar with walls: coffee in the morning, food and cocktails through the afternoon, and a floor at night.
The music is the reason people walk that extra bit down the road. House and tech house, sometimes techno, and a run of queer party nights that other promoters bring in. It is a smaller and rougher-edged room than the two clubs further up the street, which is the point.
The bar occupies what was Boca Chica, one of the older names on this strip, and still uses that name for some of its nights.
