Adam is the biggest gay sauna in Rome, on Via Pontremoli a couple of minutes from San Giovanni metro. It opened in 2021 in a building that had housed saunas under earlier names.
The facilities run to a Finnish sauna, a hammam, a hydromassage pool, a massage room, private cabins, a video room and a cruising area with dark rooms. There is a bar, and lockers with safes in the changing room.
It is the busiest of the Roman saunas and the one most visitors are sent to first. An annual membership card is required, sold at the door on presentation of ID.
