Metrò is the sauna behind Milano Centrale, a few minutes from the station on foot, which makes it the one people find first. It has been there long enough to count as an institution.
It spreads over three floors, with a large jacuzzi, a dry sauna, a steam room, a small gym, massage rooms and cabins. Being this central, the crowd is wide in age and includes a steady flow of people passing through the city.
It is registered as a cultural association, the Centro Culturale Metrò Club, and takes that seriously enough to hang exhibitions and run health information and free testing days alongside the sauna. Entry needs an ARCO One Pass card.
