Hot Dog Club Milano is one of Milan's most popular gay cruising clubs for men, spread across two floors of a spacious industrial-style venue in the east of the city. The aesthetic draws inspiration from Berlin's underground club scene, favouring raw design and a relaxed, no-frills atmosphere where less is decidedly more.
The ground floor features an open-space area with large beds, a sling, cages, a porn video lounge, and a garden courtyard that comes into its own during the summer months. The upper floor is dedicated to cruising, with a dark room, labyrinths, glory holes, relaxation cabins, a cinema room, a St Andrew's Cross, and a smoking area. The club also provides personal lockers, a cloakroom, free Wi-Fi, and card payment facilities.
A diverse programme of themed nights runs from Tuesday to Saturday, including no-dress-code sessions, Naked and Underwear parties, Leather and Fetish nights, as well as regularly scheduled special events such as X-Strong, Sniff My Sneax, and the occasional Sauna Night. The club has built partnerships with well-known fetish and leather groups including Leather Friends Italia, HotParty Italy, and Sneakers Sex Italy, and has attracted international performers to its stage.
Membership is required for entry. A membership card can be purchased or renewed directly at the door. The club is affiliated with ARCO and welcomes men aged 18 and over. The entrance area also stocks LGBTQI+ press and sexual health information, and the club periodically hosts rapid HIV and syphilis testing events in partnership with local health organisations.
Hot Dog Club Milano is easily reachable by car, with ample parking nearby, or by public transport via Metro M2 (Cimiano stop), Bus 53, or the NM2 night bus.

It's obvious the owner takes the club very seriously and is constantly improving it. Every time I come, something new, something interesting, something more modern appears, and a big thank you to Damian for his efforts.
Went for mask night on a Tuesday in August, which was a lot of fun. Clean, air conditioned, lots of room in bar area and cabin area. Good vibes of 20 serious guys that get what they want promptly from 9pm and filter out by 1030-11pm. Then I saw another group of younger guys arriving more 11/1130pm. It wasn't busy, but enough going on for a night when most people were out of the city on vacation. Door guy was cute and helpful. You need to buy a membership card to access, which you can use in other smilier venues. Metro was nearby and area felt safe, but it is out of the center. Cab home was pricey. They provide the masks.
Kind of tucked away out outside of Central Milan, but worth the trek. We went on Thursday and Friday nights, and it was amazing. One of the best venues like this in Europe that we’ve been to. The front desk staff and owners were lovely and funny.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would. If u are visiting this is a must stop! I thought not having showers, steam room, hot tube or sauna wouldn’t be worth the money but it makes for better situations to have action. The men the men the men…gorgeous and fit! 😜and there’s a live show. The staff is amazing and courteous to Americans which is always a fear when u don’t know the language. The locals were nice and talked to me. It was lovely. One of the hottest experiences of my entire life and I went on a Thursday night!!!!
One of the staff shouted at me with savagely in front of other clients because I was about to go down the stairs. It was banned to go down the stairs. However, there was no sign, I did not do it on purpose. For this reason, It was really unfair this kind of behaviour. All of a sudden I was shocked! Now I regret not asking for the complaint book.
Next time, I will demand the complaint book for sure!
