Company Club has been the bear club of Milan since 1994, and it is the oldest of its kind still running in the city. It is out in the northeast, near the Palmanova exit of the ring road, which is a taxi or a metro ride from the centre.
Downstairs there are two bars, a dancefloor, a smoking room and a video room. Darkrooms are upstairs. There is an outdoor area that opens when the weather allows. Theme nights run to leather, fetish and the bear calendar, and the crowd is bears, cubs, chubs, hairy men and the people who come for them.
Entry needs an ARCO membership card, which you can take out at the door with ID. The same organisation runs the Bear Festival Milano and a second club in Rome.
