Crisco is a men-only club in the centre of Florence, a few minutes behind the cathedral, and it has been the city's cruising venue since the 1980s.
Nights run to a dress code, among them underwear, swimwear, sportswear, military, puppy and naked parties. Resident DJs play electro and house, and there are drag and dancer nights alongside the cruising. At the weekend the club opens up into a dance night with a mixed crowd, where the rest of the week is men only.
The clientele is mainly middle-aged and older men. It is quiet early and fills up late.
