Ca dei Merli is the village house of Villa Barca, an adults-only resort run by LGBT owners in the hinterland of the Ligurian Riviera. It stands on the edge of the hamlet of Case Soprane, about 150 metres and a five-minute walk from the villa.
The house has two newly renovated holiday apartments, Il Talamo and Il Poggiolo, each with a well-equipped kitchen. Outside there is a small stone courtyard with an old fountain, potted plants and deck chairs against a dry-stone wall.
Guests of the village house can use the villa's facilities: the saltwater infinity pool, the plunge pool, the wellness area and the old chapel on the estate.
