Cosmos Club is a gay sauna two minutes from Bologna Centrale station, in an inner courtyard off Via Cesare Boldrini. It calls itself the most welcoming gay association in Bologna and says it has been going for about forty years.

The wet side has a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, a bio sauna and a large hydromassage pool, with chromotherapy lighting through the steam room and the pool. There is a darkroom, a video and music room with books and magazines to sit with, a smoking lounge, and an American bar doing drinks and sandwiches. The place runs over two floors and is air conditioned throughout.

The crowd is mixed in age and type, and the sauna has a reputation for drawing bears and older men in particular. Entry is by membership card, bought at the door.
