The Vintage Inn is a small pub on Irishtown Road in Dublin 4, run by a queer couple. It is a local rather than a scene bar, and it is one of the few pubs in the city that queer women name as their own.
Queer promoters use the room: quizzes, raffles, club nights, drag, live music and trad sessions, and the pub marks Pride properly rather than with a flag in the window.
There is a snug with a written history of the building in it, a renovated beer garden and a covered yard, and a kitchen. Irishtown is south-east of the centre near Sandymount, a short bus or DART ride out.
