EGEO Paros is a small architect-designed guesthouse in the hills near Aspro Chorio, in the south of Paros, with panoramic views over the Aegean and the surrounding scrubland.
It has four rooms, Iraklia, Sikinos, Naxos and Ios, each individually designed and between 22 and 70 square metres; three have a private outdoor terrace and outdoor shower, and Iraklia has its own private pool. A shared saltwater pool, cleaned by electrolysis rather than chlorine, sits among a pesticide-free garden of native plants.
The building uses green roofs to keep the rooms cool, solar water heating, heat-pump air conditioning and locally sourced oak furniture. It is adults-only.
