Alexander is the largest and best known gay sauna in Athens, at the corner of Megalou Alexandrou and Iera Odos in Gazi, a few minutes from Kerameikos metro and from the bars.
It runs over several floors with a dry sauna, a steam room, private cabins, a foam and spa area, a darkroom and social areas, and massage is available. The fit-out is modern and the place is kept clean, which is what reviews single out most often.
The same operation runs apartments under the same name nearby, and there is a shop attached selling underwear, swimwear, jockstraps and toys. Men only.
