BEqueer is a bar and club on Keleou, at the quieter northern end of Gazi. It calls itself a queer bar rather than a gay one, and the difference shows in both the crowd and the programme.
Drag is the centre of it, and it runs harder and stranger here than in the bigger clubs on the strip: less lip-sync spectacle, more performance. Themed nights come with dress codes, from red carpet to dressed to impress.
It opens at weekends only. There is no website and no published email; the Facebook page carries the phone number and the events.
