EAGLE Stuttgart

The EAGLE is Stuttgart's leather and fetish bar, in Stuttgart-Süd rather than in the old town where the rest of the scene sits. It opened in 1989 and is the clubhouse of Lederclub Stuttgart, which runs a Leather and Fetish Night there once a month. The bar states plainly that it is men only.

There is no dress code on ordinary nights, and it functions as a normal neighbourhood pub for a lot of its regulars. The fetish nights are the exception rather than the rule. Smoking is allowed.

The bar had a darkroom for years, taxed by the city as an amusement venue, and gave it up when it reopened under new management in January 2020 after a dispute over that tax. It came close to closing again and restarted after a public appeal to its regulars.
