Confusion is a queer pub on Pottgraben in the centre of Osnabrück. It calls itself a home for the LGBTQIA+ community and for anyone open-minded, and a rainbow flag runs through the name on the sign above the door.
It has been a gay pub under this name since 2010, and under other names before that. The crowd mixes ages, and straight friends come along too.
Most evenings it is a place to sit at the bar and talk. The programme adds karaoke parties with a jury, a pub quiz, Doppelkopf card evenings and game nights, and the local puppy community holds a regular meet-up here.
