Munich Pride runs as the PrideWeeks, two and a half weeks of queer events across the city that build up to the Christopher Street Day weekend at the end. The CSD itself is a political parade through the centre, known locally as the PolitParade, with floats from clubs, community groups, parties and businesses.
Alongside the parade the organisers put on a street festival in the old town over the weekend, with a main stage, a politics stage, and separate areas for rainbow families, sport, fetish and different generations of the community. Queer groups and services run information stalls.
The PrideWeeks calendar collects the events that community groups and venues put on around it in the weeks before. The motto, the parade route and the festival layout for 2027 have not been published yet.
