Prosecco is on a side street off Müllerstraße and has been running for more than three decades. Its own description is "queer all year". Part bar, part small club, with a dance floor that fills up.
The music is German Schlager and chart pop, the ceiling has disco balls, and the crowd is mixed in age and orientation. Drag is the house speciality, alongside karaoke, bingo, comedy and a regular events programme.
It tends to get busy late, once the other bars in the quarter are winding down. Reservations go through WhatsApp rather than a booking form.
