Baustelle4U is a pub in Cologne's Altstadt, in the rooms that ran for years as the Zille. It got its name during the rebuild in 2010: people were already drinking between the pasting tables and the beer taps and said that if it looked like a building site, it should be called one. The interior, furniture included, was largely built by hand, and that unfinished look is still the point.

It is a men's bar and says so plainly. The venue describes itself as a meeting place for men from the queer community and their friends, and as a space where men can be among themselves.

The pub changed hands in 2025. The new owners have added drag shows, Eurovision nights, public viewing and events around Fetish Pride to the older fixtures of carnival and Cologne Pride. DJs play pop, rock and older hits, everyone sings along, and Kölsch is the drink of the house.
