CSD Ingolstadt 2026

Ingolstadt's Christopher Street Day pairs a parade through the old town with a street festival on Theaterplatz. Both start from the same square, which sits between the theatre and the Danube embankment.

The motto for 2026 is "Kein Schritt zurück!", meaning not one step back. It is aimed at the rollback of queer and trans rights rather than at anything local, and the association behind the day has spent the year fundraising for the event through its own party nights.

An afterparty runs at the Backstage restaurant on Schloßlände, directly behind the CSD stage. Queer Ingolstadt also keeps a year round programme going in the city, including a trans meetup and regular community evenings.
