Hamm, on the eastern edge of the Ruhr area, is getting a Christopher Street Day again in 2027. The organisers call it the first full CSD for the city, held under the name Bunter Hammer, a label that queer events in Hamm have used before.
The symbol is an elephant in rainbow and Progress Pride colours. The elephant is Hamm's emblem, after the glass elephant building in the Maximilianpark.
So far the organisers have published the date and nothing else. Route, meeting point and programme are still to come.
