Great facilities, amazing crowd and a very safe place. I stayed through the night recently. Even though I am not local, people spoke in English and made me feel very comfortable. A lot of facilities to explore in the sauna. Thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent there.
As a 57 year old American tourist staying in Frankfurt intermittently over a couple of weeks, I had amazing experiences here on 3 different occasions. Super clean, well designed sauna with many amenities, that seems good at attracting nice people to hang out with.
Great experience! Super friendly staff! Been there as a tourist from Ireland, staff speaks great english, explained everything to me en detail and even gave me slippers and a big towel! Facility was a bit confusing to me, so many stairs combined with my lack of orientation, I totally lost track a couple times :-D but jacuzzi, pool, cruising maze was gorgeous. Will be back next time on a weekend ;-) Thanks guys and regards from Dublin!
Facility is good. Staff members are very friendly. There are several smoking areas, but pretty much the entire place is filled with cigarette smoke…some people smoke in non-smoking area anyway. I felt safe and comfortable.
