Jerome is a cruising club in the Bahnhofsviertel, a couple of minutes from the main station. The shopfront is painted with two cruising silhouettes and says Kino & Shop, which undersells what is behind the door.
Inside it is laid out as rooms to move through rather than a cinema with seats. There is a darkroom, glory holes, a corner with a sling, and booth-sized niches for two or more. The house says outright that guests should move around and get talking, and that underwear or nothing at all is normal dress.
Practical things are covered: air conditioning, free WiFi, numbered bag storage and lockers, a bar, and card payment. It is a non-smoking house. There is also a shop selling adult films, and the club rents itself out for private and themed parties.
