The Don Club is a long-standing scene bar on Johannisborn, a side street in the middle of Dortmund. It calls itself an alteingesessenes Szenelokal, and that is a fair description: a dark, small late-night room rather than a big club.
It is a late venue. The night here starts when the rest of the city is closing, and it runs open-ended at weekends. Music and drinks, no show programme.
It is part of the small cluster of queer addresses in the city centre, a few streets from the Burgtorclub, and it turns up in the Dortmund CSD's after-party listings.
