Zone283 is Bremen's fetish club, in a courtyard off Kornstraße in the Neustadt. It has been going since 1996 and is run as a registered association rather than as a business: volunteers behind the bar, no commercial operator, and entry through a day membership bought at the door.
The rooms are a bar, a playroom and changing facilities, plus a board of national and international fetish events. Nights are themed and the theme is the dress code: leather, uniform and breeches, rubber and neoprene, sneakers and sports, underwear, puppy, and the colour-coded nights the scene will recognise. Safer sex rules are part of the house rules rather than a suggestion.
Most nights are for gay men. A few, among them Tüdeltreff and the Black Night pair, are open to all genders and orientations, and the club says so on each event rather than in general. The club turns thirty in 2026.
