The Bear's is the bear address of Toulouse, on boulevard de la Gare east of the centre, and it runs later than the bars in town. It calls itself a bar musical: cocktails, music and a crowd that is exactly what the name suggests.
Since late September it also runs as an after, opening in the morning for people coming out of everywhere else, which almost nothing else in the city does.
It is far enough out that people arrive having started somewhere else, and that is how a Toulouse evening tends to go: Carmes first, then here.
