Chez les Jumeaux is a gay bar near the Carmes quarter, the part of Toulouse where the scene has been since the eighties, and it is one of the newer arrivals there. It is cheap and small, with free snacks put out during happy hour, and it is the bar people name as the place to start an evening.
What fills it is the programme: Drag Race viewing parties, drag shows, and an LGBTQIA+ seniors afternoon run with a visiting association. The crowd leans bear and the door is not selective.
