Canapé Queer is a cocktail bar in Rue des Couples, in the Krutenau quarter of Strasbourg.
The room is small and low-lit, with coloured spots and enough sofas to justify the name, and there is a terrace for the warm months. Cocktails are the point, and no booking is needed.
It is explicitly a queer bar rather than a gay men's one, and it puts on performance nights on its small stage. Local guides describe it as one of the last genuinely inclusive places in the city centre.
