B4 Sauna Club sits on an industrial street in Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire, on the eastern edge of the Nantes conurbation and a short drive from the centre.
It is not a men-only venue. The club splits its programme between gay sessions, libertine sessions and mixed ones, each with its own dress code, and the gay sessions are a standing part of the schedule rather than an occasional extra.
The facilities are sauna and spa with the club spaces attached. Work out which session is running before you set off, because the three crowds do not overlap.
