Les Eaux Jardins, usually shortened to LEJ, is a gay sauna on rue d'Arcole in central Saint-Étienne. About 130 square metres take a dry sauna, a hammam and a heated jacuzzi.
The cruising part has nine private cabins. There are showers, lockers and towels, and a bar for a drink and something small to eat between rooms. Entry is for over-18s and no booking is needed.
Respect, discretion and cleanliness are what the house puts at the front of how it describes itself. Themed nights run through the year, among them neon parties, Pride evenings and a monthly women-only night.
