Les Amis Perchés is a chambres d'hôtes for gay men in a village house in the Perche, near Nogent-le-Rotrou, and naturists are at home here, in the house and in the garden. The host is plain about what it is: a modest country house, not a hotel, with no luxury, no pool, no jacuzzi and no bathroom in every room, where the whole house is shared like a family home. The motto is that you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.
There are three rooms for one or two people: a room on the ground floor, a room in an outbuilding in the garden with its own basin and WC, and a study bedroom. Towels, bathrobes, wifi and a washing machine are provided, and there is a desk to work at. The enclosed garden is not overlooked, with an orchard beside it, a pergola of wisteria and a terrace where breakfast is served after a welcome drink on arrival.
Dinner can be arranged, and so can walks, excursions, concerts or a trip to Chartres cathedral, language practice, or simply quiet time. The village has a station on the line to Paris, and the host will fetch guests from Nogent-le-Rotrou station.
