L'Heure Exquise is a long stone farmhouse on the causse above the gorges of the Aveyron, at Roussayrolles between Cordes-sur-Ciel and Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val. It calls itself a gîte de charme and it is let either whole or by the room, for up to four people.

The owner is a former chef who lives on site and describes himself as present but discreet. The house is open all year and sits within reach of walking, canoeing, climbing, the via ferrata at Roc d'Anglars and the caves of the gorges.
