Le Pride is an LGBTQIA+ bar in the centre of Nîmes, a few streets from the Maison Carrée. It is a cocktail bar before anything else, and the counter carries more than thirty rums the bar infuses itself, with tapas to go alongside them.
The programme is what fills the room. Drag shows, karaoke and DJ sets are the regular fare, and the bar draws its own poster for each one. There is seating out on the street.
The bar is plain about what it is. The rainbow is in its logo rather than in the window, and it posts for the city's Pride and against homophobia and transphobia under its own name. The crowd is mixed and local, and the room is small enough that a busy night is a full one.
